Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Availability
BoltBrew currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within one to three business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within seven to ten business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within three to five business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high shipping demand.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. It may take up to twenty-four hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
BoltBrew is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier office or file a claim directly with the carrier.
If an order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team within seven days of the delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will assess the situation and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, BoltBrew is not responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs incurred.
If the order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
9. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard estimates.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may initiate a return after receiving it.
